Superia acted as the financial advisor to Practica Capital and the founders in the sale of medDream, a leading provider of imaging software, to a portfolio company of Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
MedDream is a Lithuanian healthcare software provider specialising in imaging, particularly Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) viewers for radiologists and other medical professionals.
