Warmeston acquired Brocēni pellet factory and cogeneration plant from Enefit Green
Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to Warmeston, a leading Estonian wood pellet producer, on the acquisition of Brocēni pellet factory and cogeneration plant from Enefit Green.
The total acquisition price was EUR 32 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
