Mark Adams is an Associate in the Superia Corporate Finance team in Tallinn.
His professional experience spans the globe having worked in Europe, America and Asia. He started his career at UBS in NYC working on different US based transactions, before moving to Erste Investment Bank on their Corporate Finance desk covering the CEE region. Some notable transactions Mark has worked on include advising Allianz Capital Partners on their EUR 300m acquisition of the Federal State of Lower Austria's fiber-to-the-home broadband infrastructure project, as well as advising Gorenje Tiki (a Serbian electric water heater maker) on its sale of EUR 50m to NIBE Industrier AB. In addition, he worked as a sell-side advisor to Telekom Slovenije's sale of its Kosovo arm IPKO of around EUR 170m. Prior to Superia, Mark worked for SEB in their Investment Banking Division as an Associate, working on a range of different transactions.
Mark holds an MBA from Imperial College London and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Liverpool.
Mark has completed the CFA Level 1 as is currently a candidate for Level 2
