Prior to rejoining Superia, Robin was the Head of M&A at Enefit Green, the leading renewable energy company in the Baltics. Over the last 8 years Robin has been particularly focused on catering to the infrastructure and utilities sector. Robin started his transaction advisory career at EY.

Robin has over 12 years of experience advising on M&A and ECM transactions in the Baltic states. His notable transaction experience includes advising Vardar on the sale of 77% shareholding in Nelja Energia to Enefit Green, owners of Utilitas on the sale of 85% shareholding to First State Investments, BaltCap on the sale of Magnetic MRO to Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology, Tuuleenergia wind park to Lietuvos energija and Energate to a group of private investors, Providence Equity Partners on the acquisition of MTG's Baltic businesses, Operail on the sale of its rental wagon portfolio and Finnish freight business to various investors, Utilitas on the acquisition of Paide and Valka district heating businesses from Enefit Green, Warmeston on the acquisition of Brocēni pellet factory and cogeneration plant from Enefit Green, Port of Tallinn on its IPO on Tallinn Stock Exchange.

Robin holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School.
